What we collect

When you send the form on this site we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type into it. If you tick the box asking us to text you, we also record that you did, and when.

Our hosting provider records ordinary technical information about visits, such as the page requested, the browser used and the country the request came from. We use it to keep the site working and to tell real enquiries from automated spam.

What we do with it

We use what you send to answer you, to arrange or change an appointment, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you elsewhere.

Text messages

We text patients from Common Grace Chiropractic & Wellness about appointments, scheduling and replies to questions you have asked us. We only do that if you have asked us to, by ticking the box on our contact form or by telling us in person. Ticking that box is optional and you can send the form without it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also call us on (864) 686-6788 and ask us to stop.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered to us by email, and our phone and messaging service carries our calls and texts. Those providers handle the message in order to deliver it, and nothing else. We do not pass your details to anybody for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to look after you as a patient and to meet our record-keeping obligations. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it where we are allowed to.
